Franco DAmbruoso greeted us right when we came in on Friday and hooked us up with David Reedman the salesman. They had plenty of great cars to look at. We decided on a 2019 330 for our son. I ordered a 2022 X3 with the Shadowline package. It was delivered without the black grill. I talked to Franco about it and not only did he order the correct grill for me but made my service appoin It was delivered without the black grill. I talked to Franco about it and not only did he order the correct grill for me but made my service appointment to have the correct one installed with a courtesy car and did not charge me for the installation. This is my 3rd BMW from West German. Great customer service. More
