It is a privilege to drive the beautiful BMW that I h DEVOTED, CARING, EFFICIENT, 5-STAR, consistently supportive facility/dealership/service center. It is a privilege to drive the beautiful BMW that I have been driving for the past two years, but even more of a blessing to know that I am being so well cared for by the team at my BMW of Fort Washington dealership. Beginning with our sales representative, Andrew, to the unwavering support and superior service/assistance from Michael Fastman, who has single-handedly gone above and beyond the call of duty for us on several occasions; to the wonderful and attentive service from Service Manager, Frank Manna & Ben Ammar, Customer Relations Manager, who have also been an absolute blessing. Overall, I have never had such wonderful service from top to bottom at a dealership in my life, and I feel very lucky to be working with them, as I continue to drive my BMW X5. It is also why my husband recently purchased his newest vehicle from them and he too, is now driving a BMW X5 hybrid that he purchased in December 2024 at Ft. Washington as well. Between Ashley, Damien and Franco, I can genuinely say that it was one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. This is my 6th BMW AND 2nd M8 Gran Coupe Competition from them. They’re reasonable and that it was one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. This is my 6th BMW AND 2nd M8 Gran Coupe Competition from them. They’re reasonable and rational which is hard to come by these days. I can’t thank them enough for taking my valuable time into consideration and working around my schedule.
