I’m learning new features and capabilities that BMW has built into the design and I’m learning how to use the parking tools and all the performance that the sport plus trans enables! The dealership is great overall and I was also greeted my me salesman Troy who was also concerned about the towing hitch that was missing. More

Very unprofessional and deceitful. Was told over a 4 hour wait car was being prepped.and detailed. When offered it was clear car was not detailed and filthy.
