I purchased the car remotely for my daughter who lives nearby. (I live out of state.) Also, I used the Costco pricing program to minimize negotiation hassle. Overall, it was the smoothest purchase process I have ever had in all my years of buying cars. My daughter test drove the car with Jeff, who was very straightforward and easy to work with. Then I worked with Joy to make the purchase and deal with the paperwork which I needed to sign remotely. Joy was efficient and, like Jeff, very straightforward. Joy also spent time with my daughter post-purchase going over all the car’s details and getting her comfortable with it, as it was her first car. I should mention that Terry, the finance manager, was also good to work with. He didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary options and drag out the process. Overall, I was glad I found this dealership, and I would definitely buy from them again. More
