That's a lovely note about a cargo tray in the back I'm confused because I can't see what I would describe as a tray that you can put things into am misunderstanding that? There is a net on across the trunk floor va across the back so it's tough to place shopping bags in it.
Everyone I met was very pleasant and very helpful.. it was really an easy process.. anyway I sent the text to the team about the other things and I'm sure I'll hear back..

The mechanics do a video walk around for you to see their work when they are finished when they i inspect your car and then it is sent to you via text. Oil change always includes a car wash and tire rotation. I hope they keep up the great work. Buying a car from them was very pleasant as well. Great team that works there!

Marco greeted my family and I when we first walked in the door and even interacted with my kids making us all feel welcome and valued. Marco introduced us to Franco who is the greatest car salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about every car on the lot, he's honest, not pushy, and easy to talk to. I told Franco what I wanted, we test drove it, and I walked out with the car the next day - no xx fees and price as advertised on the website. The only negative experience was speaking to the "not finance" sales managers Ali and Peter. Their pushiness on the tech warranty wasn't appreciated and almost made me walk out the door. Outside of that it was a great experience and I will likely look at Biggers Mazda in the future when shopping for the next car.
