This dealership is sensational. They didn’t just sell me a car, their service afterwards is great. I had an electrical with my car and they took care of the car and gave me a brand new car as a loaner!! Fiv a car, their service afterwards is great. The Sales Rep and Manager were helpful during my purchase process. Yet, I was disappointed that the MB GLA 250 that I purchased did not have several key features that I expected: No Garage Door Opener and N process. Yet, I was disappointed that the MB GLA 250 that I purchased did not have several key features that I expected: No Garage Door Opener and No Navigation System.(And, using my phone is not an option I desire for the Navigation system). Also there is not compass. These features I had all my other MB vehicles, I did not find this out until I was trying to set up both when I brought the vehicle home. I would expect to have the same features as I did on my other vehicles..and if I had to upgrade to other features I would understand. Therefore, we are disappointed in the overall experience and lack of 'standard' features that we normally had in all other MB vehicles. I would hope that these features can be added to change our opinion of the 'overall' purchase experience. More
