After we met Eric and test drove a couple of cars and looked around for other cars to try, Eric was very patient with us and explained the different cars we were looking at. Service I had my oil service done at Fontrana Nissan yesterday and I was very satisfied with the results. They have great customer service there. They have somebody there to assist you the moment you step out of the car, to just opening the doors for you before you leave. Little things count. It made up for the last time. Matt was not there so yeah.. They didn't even give me a car wash and they switched my keys prior to leaving. This rarely happens though. So I always go to Matt Vinzon as my service advisor because i know i he gets the job done right. Hes a busy individual so just expect to wait a little but I guarantee he will take care of you. The manager Frank B. was there to greet you and to make sure everything is going smoothly. Overall great service. 5 stars. And i did not expect for them to vacuum my interior but they did so thanks to the car wash personnel as well! More

Our overall experience at Fontana Nissan was amazing! None of our prior experiences in purchasing a car have come even close to the level of exellence in all areas of services we experienced at Fontana N None of our prior experiences in purchasing a car have come even close to the level of exellence in all areas of services we experienced at Fontana Nissan, and we are senior citizens with many prior experiences under our belt! From the minute we arrived until we left we encountered some of the best people we have dealt with when purchasing a car. First, we were greeded by sale consultant, Steven Lopez. He introduced himself and began asking questions about what kind of car we were looking for. Our plan was to look around, we wanted to trait in a 2006 Altima for a newer model with more room. Steve was not pushy, but instead, he was very courteous. He called us by name and showed us some possible vechicles. He also told us he was new to the businees and will do anything to try to answer any questions we had. That kind of honesty was something we had never experienced before. We were very impressed! Soon after, Frank Bachman [General Manager] came to greet us. This gesture made my husband and I feel very important and special. While looking at different vehicles available we came across a Murano 2012. This was the type of car we were hoping to purchase if affordable. The price was right so we decided to go to the process of qualification. During this process we were introduced to two excellent representatives of Nissan, First Al and then Barry. Al did a super job of laying out all of the posibilities and gathering our imformation ect... He was patient and very professional. Later, we meet Barry who earnestly did everything to get the payment we could afford without intimidation or pressure. At the end, we meet Richard Padilla, Once more we were greeded with a smile. Richard was very straight forward and explained every single process of the contract. We left feeling we completly understood all portions of this difficult process. Thank you Fontana Nissan, we will make sure that we recommend your establishment without any hesitation to all of our family members and friends! PS. Great job detail deparment! It was our first time visiting Nissan of Fontana. The facility was clean, and everyone was so polite. Doors were held open for us. Queanna Feather was our Sales Consultant, she showed my wife & I around, facility was clean, and everyone was so polite. Doors were held open for us. We couldn't do it with out the help of Queanna Feather (Sales Consultant), Phil Jimenez (Assistant Sales Manager), Wes Metcalf (Finance Director) & Dominic Garcia (Sales Consultant).
