Best experience at any dealership I've used in my life. Fontana Nissan has gone out of there way several times for my wife and I. When we bought the car from them, they bought us dinner during the last step Fontana Nissan has gone out of there way several times for my wife and I. When we bought the car from them, they bought us dinner during the last steps of the purchase process. Every service, One of the owners checks in with us and is on a first name basis with us. He also gave us his personal cell number if we ever have any issues. Last service we had was a great experience, they even gave us a discount due to circumstances that they could not control. It wasn't their fault but they "stepped up to the plate". More

Take the bad with the good Frank Bachmann is a terrific general manager of this dealership. He has done everything to keep me happy with my cube. He made arrangements for me to get my carpet fixed in my car because it was coming away from the console area. Work was supposed to start at 8 a.m. when I called Ric in the service department at 5:30 p.m. he told me my car was ready and I needed to pick it up before 7 p.m. even though he was off work at 6 p.m. he said he would wait for me, he told me my car was being washed. When I arrived he was with another customer. Once he was done he let them know my car needed to be brought out When the car was brought out a check to see that the carpet When the car was brought out a check to see that the carpet was fixed and yes it was, my daughter and I got in the car to leave and she made a comment I thought they were going to wash the car. The car had not even been washed and I was irritated because of him saying it had been. I will go back to this dealership because I am very happy with the sales department but I'm not so happy with the service department More

FONTANA NISSAN ROCKS !!!! Greetings, Everyone at Fontana Nissan is genuinely happy and enjoys their job. Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, in addition to the infectious smiles. I had so much fun at Fontana Nissan, I wish that I could afford to buy another car. This is my fourth Nissan. I traded in my 2004 Nissan Frontier, purchased a nice Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Nissan Frontier SV, Extended Cab, V6, 6 Speed manual. Rare and hard to find with the 6 speed manual. I love this truck !!! All in all, we negotiated a pretty good deal. My bottom line with a full-on warranty was thousands less than if I would have bought a brand new 2015 Frontier without the warranty. A decent trade in for my 2004 Frontier XE and a decent purchase price on my 2013 Frontier SV. Fontana Nissan reminds me of what Performance Nissan used to be. ( now Duarte Nissan ) I recognized some of the Sales staff that used to be with Performance Nissan. That culture and aftermarket enthusiasm makse Fontana Nissan special among Nissan dealers.
