Fontana Nissan was great dealership to work with. After talking to many other dealerships who seemed a little shady we made our way to Fontana Nissan and met Bruce was very nice right off the bat. I went w talking to many other dealerships who seemed a little shady we made our way to Fontana Nissan and met Bruce was very nice right off the bat. I went with my father who can be a little difficult to deal with and has been in car business for a long time. Bruce took everything in stride and dealt with us well the whole time. We also met the GM Frank who was very accomodating and personable and Barry a Sales Manager who was patient and direct in helping finanlize the deal.I would definitly recommend anyone to go to Fontana Nissan, and when you do go make sure you look up Bruce! More

i recently went to fontana nissan just looking for a car. i had just purchased a toyota corolla 2 years ago and still owed a lot on it. well i wasnt very happy with the car. i was hoping nissan could help me i had just purchased a toyota corolla 2 years ago and still owed a lot on it. well i wasnt very happy with the car. i was hoping nissan could help me out. well they showed me some figures and i told them i had to think about it but i would return. robert anthony was with me the whole time and never left. he answered all my questions and was surprisingly very knowledgeable considering he he hadnt been there that long.well since robert was so nice and had even called and checked on me when he was at home, i came back as promised. well when i came back he was with another customer so they had another salesperson help me. the dealership treated me to lunch (and i dont mean fast food). and as soon as robert was finished with his customer he came right over and showed me undivided attention. well i will admit i was in the dealership a lot longer than expected, but robert actually made the time pass rather smoothly. he was very attentive. it was getting kind of late and i was actually going to leave without buying the car. robert pulled me to the side and in less than 30 seconds he explained how i was going to miss out on a very great deal and in all honesty i knew it was true. i shook his hand and went into finance. well i had to be up very early to go to work so i told robert to explain the car fully to me another day and he said he would. well a couple days went by and i kept getting calls from finance saying something was wrong. i was getting a little upset. i went back to the store a few days later and immediately robert greeted me and asked what was going on. i explained my situation to him, and he immediately got the general manager, frank bachman. i went outside and explained to frank what was going on. frank immediately tended to my problems and did everything he could to make me happy. i was impressed. before i left i talked to robert again and he promised to come to my house and help me set up my car and explain things i didnt know. and he kept his word. he came immediately after he got off and treated me as if i was royalty. i had a few ups and downs but i have to say i definitely recommend fontana nissan to anyone looking for a car and want to be treated with respect throughout the whole experience. We were pretty much done with this dealership as we had a Maxima that needed some work done on it. After 4 times of bring it in, we were done with Fontana Nissan. We started looking at minivans and decided Maxima that needed some work done on it. After 4 times of bring it in, we were done with Fontana Nissan. We started looking at minivans and decided to just look at Nissan as we did like the Quest. Upon arriving at Fontana Nissan we started looking at the Quest, within a few minutes, some gentlemen came over to talk to us and asked us what we thought of the dealership..... Let the flood gates open: he introduced himself as the general manager and we told him everything. He listened to us and asked if we wouldn't mind bringing our Maxima in one more time, he'd handle everthing. Well, after a few days, they found many things that needed fixing, gave us a rental car and the Maxima is running great. When our Frontier (has over 202,500 miles) took a turn for the worse, we drove off with a brand new 2012 Frontier 4x2 SV......we've never been happier with with this dealership. After shopping around for a new car, I decided on the 2012 Nissan Juke. I visited 2 other dealerships in the area before coming to Fontana-Nissan. I didn't buy the Juke from those dealerships because b 2012 Nissan Juke. I visited 2 other dealerships in the area before coming to Fontana-Nissan. I didn't buy the Juke from those dealerships because both of them had dealer add-on stickers in addition to the MSRP pricing. For example, one dealership was asking $999 for a spoiler that had an MSRP of $435 (per Edmunds.com). If they were going to try and rip me off before I ever sat down to negotiate a deal, it made me wonder what kind of other scams they were going to pull during the sale. I decided to look on-line at some consumer opinion sites to find a reputable dealer. I found DealerRater.com. Fontana-Nissan was the highest rated Nissan dealer in my area with a 4.9 out of 5 stars rating. So off we went to buy our new Juke... From the moment we stepped onto the lot, it was apparent that this dealership was far different from any of the others we had dealt with previously. First, the salesman, Tony Akinola, was very welcoming and quickly assisted us in taking a test drive. Within 5 minutes of being on the lot, the store's General Manager, Frank Bachman, came out and greeted us. He gave his business card, indicating that he was available if we had any problems and thanked us for considering their dealership for our purchase. When's the last time a General Manager came out of their 2nd floor office to greet a customer? We were very impressed. Tony was a great salesman. He was very personable and very knowledgable about the car. He sat with us the entire transaction while we negotiated the deal with the Assistant Sales Manager, Marlon Matthews and Sales Manager, Barry Pugh. Marlon and Barry were both very professional, respectful, and no-pressure. (I've been to several Nissan dealers that had none of those qualities.) The entire team was awesome and we left feeling like we had received a very fair and reasonable deal on both our trade-in and our new car. After the documents were signed and a long day, Tony took the time to show us all of the features of the car and assisted us in removing our items from our old vehicle into the new one. He called us the following day to see how things were going and today we received a letter thanking us for our business. This was the absolute best car-buying experience I've ever had. Thank you Fontana-Nissan for restoring my faith in good old-fashioned honest business practices. I'll be back in about 3 years for my 370Z! See you all then.... vroom vroom. More

My husband and I took our 2006 Armada to get serviced and while we were waiting we were looking at the pre-owned cars on the lot. Long story short, we ended up trading in our Armada and driving away with a 2012 Nissan Sentra SR. Mr. Leon Danayan was extremely helpful and courteous. There was no pressure from anyone to purchase anything. Mr. Leon made us feel comfortable and it was an exceptional experience. We were surprised to find out that this is the same family owned dealership that we purchased our 2006 Armada only at a different location. If you're looking to purchase a new vehicle or make a trade, definitely go see Mr. Leon at Fontana Nissan. Mr. Leon was great!!!! Everyone there was very helpful and courteous. More

I had the most amazing experience buying my juke SL on my own! I initially went to Universal and had a horrible experience and almost gave up on Nissan. I found Fontana on this website from the rating and wa own! I initially went to Universal and had a horrible experience and almost gave up on Nissan. I found Fontana on this website from the rating and was hesitant to go because it was so far. After speaking with Michael over the phone he agreed that if I purchased a car from them I could have them drive my rental car back to my home. (an hour drive) SUPER Big Plus! I went down to Fontana Nissan not feeling confident that I would get the Juke SL I wanted because of my UCN experience and my credit. I must admit it was like a tv commercial or the truman show! When I walked in I was greeted warmly and offered a beverage and freshly made popcorn! I wasn't bombarded by a million salesmen like at UCN which scared the crap out of me. My salesman was Sam Fanous who has excellent knowledge of the Juke and he patiently explain all the juke 2012 features. We even tested the oh so cool phone through the speakers. When waiting for my credit to be approved they sat with me the entire time and made me feel like I was part of a family and not a number. I was nervous because my credit was not so good. But Dave & Syed worked out everything and kept checking with me to see affordable options of monthly payments. It would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nissan to drive to Fontana! Its far but well worth your time! More

I got a quote on line and came in to the dealer braced for a fight, but it wasn't long before I started feeling comfortable. They were up front with the price and didn't play games with me. Since I didn for a fight, but it wasn't long before I started feeling comfortable. They were up front with the price and didn't play games with me. Since I didn't come in right away, the car I was looking for was no longer available, but they went to work right away trying to find me one. It took awhile, but they were able to find me the car I wanted at a fair price. They sent the salesperson (Alex - he's new and not on the list yet) to pick it up. They told me they've gone as far as San Diego to get their customer the car they liked. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience. More
