NISSAN FONTANA HAS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My husband and I originally wanted a Toyota and Honda vehicle because we are repeat customers of those models, but when we went to the dealership they were abso and I originally wanted a Toyota and Honda vehicle because we are repeat customers of those models, but when we went to the dealership they were absolutely rude and blew us off. They did not take us seriously because we were young individuals who they thought were not going to buy anything. We decided to move on and go next door to Nissan Fontana. Ross Pratt approached us with amazing customer service, he took the time to get to know us so that he would able to show us what WE WANTED and not just rushing us to get something. We were on a search for a used car because we thought that was all we would be able to afford, instead Ross gave us options and we were able to purchase a NEW 2013 NISSAN VERSA!!! His sense of humor and friendliness kept us entertained through the long process of getting a new car. We also would like to give xxxxxxto Barry and Frank because they made sure everything was going smoothly. All I can say is, Nissan Fontana will take care of you. No matter what you are looking for or financially can afford I assure you that they will make it all work out. They gave us a deal we could not pass up, but more importantly THEY GAVE US THE CUSTOMER SERVICE we deserved. More

I just returned to Fontana Nissan for a Titan truck. I was greeted by Leon Danayan. Leon helped me through th e process of a test drive and what selections were available. We were able to work out details and with the assistance of Wes Metcalf I purchased my second vehicle from Fontana Nissan. Ok so hands down this dealership owns up to their word! Best, awesome, most wonderful experience ever! I can not thank Ryan enough for everything he did and the rest of the staff that made it possible for me to get my first car. I'm in love with my car. They have the best team working there and I just can't stop saying good things about them. O and plus they have the 7 yr/ 100,000 mile warranty, if that isn't enough to get you to go then I don't know what else to say. Ryan Stensaker was the best sales person he was with us through the whole process: iam unbelievably grateful, astonished, and amazed with everything that he did for us. I want to also thank the rest of the staff that was also incredably helpful and friendly and also did their best to do as much as possible for us. Iam super glad that I came to this dealer. If I had to go through the whole process again, the only thing I would change would be to have gone to Fontana Nissan first! I was only planning on just driving by to check out some pre-owned cars and great deals. After checking out Toyota Ontario, Carmax, Fontana Honda, my last stop was the Fontana Nissan. Walked out the car and got greeted right away unlike Carmax. Helpful from the get-go. Kevin Damaso was my consultant. Straight forward person easy to talk to. Got greeted by the GM Frank. So we checked out the lot and he showed me some cars i might be interested in, i didn't find anything at first. long story short he worked hard to find me a car. Eventually we found one that i can actually take home and fits with my budget. They WILL work with your budget guarantee. In the end I was convinced with to purchase a reliable car that was suited for the budget. 3 yr 100,000 miles warranty. Richard Padilla helped with the sales, and Eduardo Macias showed me the bells and whistles of the car, washed it, and put full tank of gas on the car. He also hooked it up with some key chains and tote bags for my gf. Now i have a reliable certified pre-owned car. More
