Initially I spoke with Frank Crisafi who was extremely friendly and efficient. He got me an appointment almost immediately that worked around my schedule. When I got to the dealership he greeted me along with Gary Dos Reis who assured me that I would be in good hands with Eddie Olivera. Eddie worked with Gary to make sure that everything went smoothly and that I was getting the best deal. I appreciated that they both were so thorough and helpful. Eddie showed me all the safety features, moved my old things into my new car and had so much patience with my seven year old. It was appreciated! Paul Wright helped me with financing, he was detailed, organized and friendly. He helped to make sure I was comfortable with my payment. I absolutely loved dealing with all of the staff at a-1 and will continue to do business with them as long as they don’t change! More

The atmosphere was very relaxed with zero pressure, unlike many other car dealerships we've been to. Everyone there were very pleasant and easy to talk to. I want to thank everyone there for doing such a wonderful job and special thanks to Jerry, Carlos, Mustafa, and Frank you guys are my A1 team. I look forward to doing business again soon! 400 Miles to buy a car...well worth it! My family and I used to live in CT and started buying our cars from A1, we moved to Virginia many years ago and have still bought our cars from A1! Due to the great customer service we have received and continue to receive we decide to make the 400+ mile drive from VA to CT everytime we need a car. Frank Crisafi is always answering my calls or emails right away and so pleasant to deal with, I can call him with anything and he always remembers me. Carlos in finance is great too! He always explains everything clearly and takes care of any concerns I have. This time we ended up with Eddie as we needed a new Sales person, he was a pleasure to deal with as well. More

Another great experience at A-1 Toyota with Quincy Smith Quincy Smith was the best salesman we could have gotten to work with us. That's why we came back to him for our second Highlander eight years later. N Quincy Smith was the best salesman we could have gotten to work with us. That's why we came back to him for our second Highlander eight years later. No one else would do! He is intelligent, thoughtful, cheerful, and quick thinking with a phenomenal knowledge of the vehicles he represents. More importantly, he is extremely patient. He would cheerfully re-explain some of the intricacies of the Highlander Hybrid until he was sure we understood. He did not try to talk us into anything. Instead he gave us the information to make our own decisions. He has become a trusted friend. Everyone we met at A-1 was friendly and cordial. Frank Crisafi had responded to our internet request for a quote. When we visited we asked to speak with Quincy but that didn't keep Frank from being cordial, friendly and interested in talking any time our paths crossed. Howard Luna handled the final paperwork in an organized, efficient, smiling way that made spending a lot of money easier to accept. Even the ladies at the reception desk were delightfully friendly. We think A-1 must be a very pleasant place to work. It is certainly a pleasant place to do business. More

Only place to buy a Toyota in CT! We have bought many cars at A1 and this is our second with Brenton. We emailed in asking if a Camry was still available and Frank got back to me righ We have bought many cars at A1 and this is our second with Brenton. We emailed in asking if a Camry was still available and Frank got back to me right away, within minutes and even responded back on his off day to set an appointment with Brenton to make sure everything was ready when I came in. When I got there Brenton took care of the rest and is just a great man to deal with, no pressure and a pleasure to deal with. We will keep coming back with this kind of service, you can't get it anywhere else. More

From the moment I saw a car online and working with Frank to view and schedule a test drive to the delivery. Quincy spent a lot of time going over the car with me considering I updated from a 2001 Rav 4 to 2014. I appreciate the time spent to make sure I understood every aspect of my car in addition to the paperwork and incentives I had to review. I love this car!!! A1 does not compare to another dealership that I went to prior to A1. A1 attention to the customer and their wants and needs was a priority once I sat down with Quincy. You can tell its a family run business and they treat you like that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for a car. More
