So sorry that you did not receive your paperwork. We recently moved to e-sign and paperless documents with virtual copies, and our team should have provided you a printed copy upon request. I’ll have Frank reach out to you right away so we can get the copies of your documents to you as soon as possible. I truly apologize for the oversight.
