Superb Service The service I continue to receive here is superb and that is the reason I continue going there. The staff are all friendly, the new facility is looking awesome. I always see Pam in service, she is really down to earth friendly and makes sure you are taken care of. I ran into Frank the service manager also who stopped to say hello, again every one is friendly and makes you feel welcome & at home. More

Feel like family!! I have never dealt with a car dealership that made me feel like family. Everyone in the service department is so friendly. The manager Frank Gandolf I have never dealt with a car dealership that made me feel like family. Everyone in the service department is so friendly. The manager Frank Gandolfo always goes out of his way to make sure I am being taken care of and the entire team of service writers are always so friendly. I would never imagine going anywhere else for service. This has to be the nicest group of people I have ever dealt with in a business in my entire life. Kudos to this organization as they have stellar employees that do a great job! Anyone that could possibly write a negative review about this place must be impossible to deal with!! More

Not honest Along with John Dilieto, were dishonest in stating repair was not under warranty. I called Infiniti and was told by a customer service manager that it Along with John Dilieto, were dishonest in stating repair was not under warranty. I called Infiniti and was told by a customer service manager that it should have been covered and was given approval to bring the car to another Infiniti service center. I wish I could say this is the first time, but it is the first time I am writing about it. Also, John Dilieto was defensive and rude when I asked questions. More

Showroom in shambles, service excellent The showroom here is in shambles because of renovations. So cars are outside for your viewing. But the service department is up and running in its new space and as usual they are great. Frank, the service manager is always around to smooth out any bumps and Todd for service is the best!. If you are looking for a new car, don't let the renovation deter you from this dealership. They are still the best. More

Awesome Customer Service For me, the true test of a dealership is how I feel I’m being treated long after the purchase. Unfortunately, I needed to administer that test much s For me, the true test of a dealership is how I feel I’m being treated long after the purchase. Unfortunately, I needed to administer that test much sooner than expected. Pam at Circle Infiniti, however, aced that test! She displayed a perfect balance of professionalism and familiarity that made me feel both welcomed and respected. My issue took a few visits to accurately diagnose and resolve, and Pam provided excellent follow up and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Frank, the service manager was equally pleasant to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend Circle to anyone interested in an Infiniti. Did I mention I live 80 miles from this dealership? More

Turned around an experience It is easy to give a dealer's service department high marks when everything goes right. It is another thing to give a high rating when things don't go It is easy to give a dealer's service department high marks when everything goes right. It is another thing to give a high rating when things don't go as smooth. Last week the service on my car fell short of my expectations. I pointed out my concerns to management and they quickly and professional worked with me to resolve and ensured that I was once again a very satisfied client. I will continue to use this dealership for years to come and will recommend to friends and family members. I want to add that John DiLieto treats my car like his own and makes sure it receives the highest care when I bring it in for service. So still five stars in my book for the dealer and the employees I come in contact with. More
