The manager Frank Gandolfo always goes out of his way to make sure I am being taken care of and the entire team of service writers are always so friendly. I would never imagine going anywhere else for service. This has to be the nicest group of people I have ever dealt with in a business in my entire life. Unfortunately, I needed to administer that test much sooner than expected. Pam at Circle Infiniti, however, aced that test! She displayed a perfect balance of professionalism and familiarity that made me feel both welcomed and respected. My issue took a few visits to accurately diagnose and resolve, and Pam provided excellent follow up and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Frank, the service manager was equally pleasant to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend Circle to anyone interested in an Infiniti. Did I mention I live 80 miles from this dealership? More
