This was the worst customer service I've ever had. This dealership messed up my oil change, to the point where smoke was billowing out of the hood while driving home. When I brought the car back, I was made to wait over 2 hours for them to clean all the spilled oil from under the hood. When I spoke with a manager, he was rude and condescending. The manager made it clear he did NOT care. I will never go back here again! More

Predatory pricing, charged for 5 hours of work when repair took 2.5 hours. Picked up car Friday on day 3 of having my car Monday evening leaving work my car completely dies , which is the originally is repair took 2.5 hours. Picked up car Friday on day 3 of having my car Monday evening leaving work my car completely dies , which is the originally issue I was having with my car and brought in to get resolved. Towed it back to the service center, and they tried to charge me over $300 to run 2 hour diagnostic, when the first diagnostic that was ran, it was confirmed that replacing my ac compressor would resolve the issue of my car dying and my positive fuse terminal burning. I asked specifically to clarify if that issue was electrical and I was told no. They Refuse to take responsibility for wrong diagnostic. More
