I was upset that someone called and said I needed oil change at 3500 and it was 5000 and we had taken off work but we had a recall and something was leaking so we got those items fixed. Frank was so amaz change at 3500 and it was 5000 and we had taken off work but we had a recall and something was leaking so we got those items fixed. Frank was so amazing he kept us up to date on everything going on and I could not figure out how to use a feature in the car and Frank and the service manager sat with me in car to try and fix it and it ended up being a phone issue. I love this dealership. For the purchase with Lauren and John to the service dept. I recommend them often. Keep up the great work! A smile can make or break someone’s day sometimes! More
