He is very professional, friendly and great to work with. He goes the extra extra mile to make sure we are happy and have what we are looking for. When we call to speak to him or go into the dealership to look into a new car or to have service done on one of our cars he always greets us with a smile. He will always ask how everyone in our family is doing and always remembers all of our names now that is great customer service. It is very rare to find anyone who will ask about your family and use each of their names. My husband and I cannot imagine working with any other salesman. We have referred family members and friends to Frank and we always get the same feedback that Frank is great. Thanks Frank for all your patience and kindness. More

Frank actively listened to everything that we as the customer wanted and what we had disappointedly received from the prior four dealerships. He met and surpassed our expectations. He showed us how important we were to the business by interacting with us in a friendly- helpful and positive way. He left a lasting impression of working with us and assisting us in the best way possible.
