The four stars should be more like 3 1/2. The experience has been a series of up and down events. My salesman couldn’t have been more professional throughout the initial sale and delivery period yet when I has been a series of up and down events. The people who prep the car missed the fact that one of the tires was mismatched and it was missing the valve cover ( the reason for this service visit). More

service good - but loaner not clean The service was well done however, the loaner car provided was supposed to be clean and sterile due to the pandemic. It was not. The outside was notable for the number of bird droppings. The inside had dirt on the seats. But, the worst was the smell of cigarette smoke that permeated the car. You can do better. More
