I dealt with Zackery at first very responsive online, then spoke with the sales manager John, worked well with me and straight to the point of no hassles like at other dealerships, then because I couldn't arrive until later in the evening my information got sent over to Michael Tan, awesome guy. The greatest thing about this whole experience was we were all on the same page. Everyone I dealt with in there was extremely happy and just an amazing environment. A++++++ Thank you Crown Honda ! Purchased a used Jeep at Crown Honda. The staff and finance department were professional. My issue was when we took our newly purchased vehicle on a road trip a day later, the ABS light c The staff and finance department were professional. My issue was when we took our newly purchased vehicle on a road trip a day later, the ABS light came on. We called for help and were told because we did not purchase an extended warranty on the electronics. We would have to pay for repairs. That was poor customer service. Period. At least offer to take a look . Can not recommend this company for that reason. This car is under my wife's name. Roseanne Sacino More

Enver Bekric is probably the most knowledgeable and informative Car salesman I have ever dealt with. He not only knew every single electronic option built into the Entertainment system but he spent at informative Car salesman I have ever dealt with. He not only knew every single electronic option built into the Entertainment system but he spent at least 45 minutes to an hour teaching me how to use them from the built in car safety options to connecting my phone to the Android auto app. I would have no problem recommending this Dealership and salesman to anybody. More
