The good part of the experience is that they were able to get me the car I wanted: a GX 550 Overtrail, earth color, with only the options I specified. I could not find any other dealer, and I contacted sev get me the car I wanted: a GX 550 Overtrail, earth color, with only the options I specified. I could not find any other dealer, and I contacted several, that could / would do that in a timely manner. The challenging part was the sales staff. They consistently overpromised and underdelivered. The process took twice the number of months indicated. They tell you they will offer the car meeting your specs to the next client 'in line', and won't give it to anyone else until you make a final decision if you are next in line, but that was not my experience (there were multiple challenging times when a car was offered to me, confirmed to me, then given to someone else, and then at the end offered back to me again). Communications were challenging as sales staff doesn't respond with requested information unless you follow up repeatedly, and multiple people send unsigned texts from the same number so you don't know who you are talking with, even when you ask. All of that said, if you are willing to accept the challenges of a multi-month process (mine took 5 months) and frustrating communications and misinformation, it is likely you will get the car you want at the pricing agreed upon. For me, it was worth it, which is why I can recommend. More

Israel took us start to finish and sent us on our way in a beautiful NX yesterday. His product knowledge was excellent on every item we discussed. He couldn’t do enough to help us. The Lexus team is very lucky to have a teammate like Israel. After our test ride and option packages discussion Israel introduced us to managers Frank and Sal who pulled together the final details on the purchase of the NX and trade in of the Infinity…by this time in the process I was pretty sure I had the Lexus A Team working with us and we liked what they were offering. We accepted the offer and now have a beautiful Lexus NX in our garage. I thank everyone we met at the dealership and would certainly buy again …and would highly recommend. Job well done Lexus team.
