Bad experience Hi, good day! I usually never turn to these media, but it is now that I feel the need to be heard. I have been buying with this counselor about si Hi, good day! I have been buying with this counselor about six cars, but I have noticed that they have not been honest when closing the deal, they camouflage the financial information and at the end of the lease you realize that you have been deceived. We have been to the dealer twice to expose our situation and unfortunately sales manger Frank Marsala has been unkind and knowing that the store made a mistake does not want to collaborate and help with this case... They agreed to exchange a defective car the next day of sharing but it was not so, and they added 15 000 dollars plus a negative trade in fee. They never gave us a copy of this lease, until after 3 months we called to see the payoff of that car and we realized that they charged us for a car that was never purchased, used and returned the next day by default of fabric. We share this information so they know what they are doing at this dealer and it doesn't happen to anyone else... More

They lie like a bad toupe I'll keep this short.....after spending a couple of hours on the phone with these guys (Frank M., Yomar and Armani) we finally agreed to a price for I'll keep this short.....after spending a couple of hours on the phone with these guys (Frank M., Yomar and Armani) we finally agreed to a price for a new LS500. Then, at the last minute, they tried to change the car on me to one with a lower sticker price AND THEN tried to raise the price over $1700.00! I sent an email to their GM to complain, who NEVER RESPONDED! Why would anyone want to do business with people so dishonest? Go somewhere else. They all,nearly, have the same inventory so find an honest dealership. More
