We were at the dealership on a very busy Sunday (7/18/21).although the place was hopping, Jimy Conteras, made sure we were comfortable until a salesman (Frank) was ready to spend some time with us. Frank was extremely patient and listen to my wants and suggested different cars. Anthony was just as helpful. Patient and not in the least bit pushy. When it was time for the finance part Jamal was great and explained everything I needed to know. I am extremely pleased with the service I got and the outcome of the day. I left the dealership with a new Soul and without having any questions unanswered. I hope that the "powers that be" recognize their employees as hard workers and people that actually care and are #1.
