I’ve worked within the BMW brand since 2010 and Sloane BMW of Devon since 2014 when we took the store over. I have always strived for the best in a customer experience. In today’s world price can be gotten almost anywhere, but having someone go the extra mile, myself and our team can provide. I’ve been driving BMW since 2008 with the purchase of a E46 M3, this was after driving a brand new E90 V8 2008 version. I purchased it as a CPO and couldn’t have a better ownership experience. Since then I have owned many BMW’s including E46 M3, E60 550i Sport, E90 335i, M235i, 340i, M3, X3M & 2 M5's !!!! All these cars were awesome and loving my most recent M5 acquisition. Great experience at BMW of Devon The other day I made an appointment with Kerry Simmons because I was interested in buying a BMW but I was not sure what I wanted. Kerry was very knowledgable and did not try to rush me into a decision. At the end of my visit I decided on a white 2011 328 coupe and I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend Kerry Simmons and BMW of Devon to anyone looking to buy a car. More

Great BMW Dealership I was looking for a particular BMW X6, midnight blue with oyster interior, and BMW of Devon had exactly what I was looking for. Everyone at the deale I was looking for a particular BMW X6, midnight blue with oyster interior, and BMW of Devon had exactly what I was looking for. Everyone at the dealership was more than accommodating. I live in Maryland and the dealership is in Pennsylvania. They took care of everything so that I could bring the car home the same day and not have to make another trip back to Pennsylvania to pick it up. Follow up after the sale has been incredible. They even made arrangements to get a couple minor things taken care of here in Maryland. If you're looking for a great BMW dealership with really attentive, knowledgeable sales representatives, this is the place, BMW of Devon. More

Excellent Experience from Start to Finish I went over to BMW of Devon after finding a Certified Pre Owned 3 Series online that I was interested in. John Walden assisted me as soon as I stepped I went over to BMW of Devon after finding a Certified Pre Owned 3 Series online that I was interested in. John Walden assisted me as soon as I stepped in the door. Honestly, it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had and certainly the best interaction I have ever had with a dealership. John took me out to to the car I was interested in purchasing and took me thru the process without ever being pushy in any way, shape, or form. I received an excellent value for my trade-in and quickly went over offer and financing terms for the vehicle I ultimately purchased. The negotiation process was simple and never tenuous - it was fair and logical. Once we had settled in on price and trade value we set an appointment to pick up the vehicle within the next few days. I headed over two days later in the morning to finish the paperwork and get into my new car. John answered all of my final questions and showed me every detail I needed to know about the vehicle - at which point I was passed off to Frank Muto to complete all the necessary paperwork. Frank gave me a a full explanation of every document I needed to complete and made sure I arranged financing terms that fit my budget. Again - while offering additional warranty and protection plans I never felt like I was being pushed into anything I didn't want to do. Once everything was signed up, my car was waiting outside with a fresh wash and wax, ready to drive off the lot. It was a truly painless and easy experience. I would recommend this dealership and both of these gentlemen to anyone in the market for a BMW. I look forward to going back and purchasing my next car at Devon as well. More

Carolyn made the experience easy and her knowledge of the vehicle and her "can do" attitude completed the transaction in a short period of time. I would say this was my best car buying experience ever and I have purchased a few cars in my time. Demetri and Frank were also very helpful and very easy to deal with. Friendly Follow Through Met with Carolyn Cohen a couple of times for test drives, and told her the kind of model and color I wanted for a pre-owned.
