Terrible service. Took my car to get fixed and a few days later had to take it back. Why wouldn't they check all parts that deal with the radiator, thermostat and their connecting parts. They failed to do so and the water pump broke a few days later had to get my car towed to them. If this was checked originally I wouldn't of had this problem. It took about a week to fix the water pump well to replace it so all together I was without my car for two weeks more or less. The tow truck dropped my vehicle off and when I called to confirm the vehicle was at there location I was told they had to look for my car they couldn't find it 3 hours later I received a call stating they found it who ever received it from the towing company parked it to the side and never said it was there. I've emailed the service manager and never received a response. I could go on and on. More
