Ken Garff Honda in Riverdale handled my unexpected repair quickly and accurately! Frank communicated with me daily with updates and was so friendly and informative (especially for myself who doesn’t know a w quickly and accurately! Mike completed my transaction and helped me to my car when I came to pay and pick it up. He was prompt and friendly. Also, I was happy that they were able to handle my car being towed there and promptly get to work on it with an unexpected appointment that would have otherwise been a very stressful situation. More

Up until this service job my experience with Ken Garff Honda in Riverdale had been very satisfying. This time when my scheduled oil change was completed and I began to drive back home I didn’t notice tha Honda in Riverdale had been very satisfying. This time when my scheduled oil change was completed and I began to drive back home I didn’t notice that the driving lights were turned off as well as the climate control. As I neared home and turned off of a busy four lane street onto a quiet residential street I noticed that I had no head lights. I had just came through a very busy ( Antelope Drive and 2000 West in Syracuse) intersection and was thankful that I made it safely through it. When I parked in my garage I saw that one front tire was missing it’s valve cap. I called to talk to someone in service, but it was just a minute before closing time and no one answered. I then put in a chat request for someone to call me back the following day. I didn’t get that call so I called again and told of my experience including the valve cap and received a soft apology. I went to Walmart and purchased the needed valve cap. One thing I mentioned to the service manager I talked to was that after having the same experience getting my previous vehicle serviced at Ed Kennly Ford the service department changed the service orders to include a spot where the technician marked that all settings that had been turned off or changed were restored to the settings the customer had them on. That didn’t really seem to mean much to your service department. More

My service advisor was Frank Perez .He initially helped me set an appointment for a routine service. It was at a convenient time, and he was ready for me when I arrived and led me through the steps. He kept me informed of progress and also answered all my questions. I thought he did an excellent job and I will ask for him on the occasion of m y next visit. More
