As a whole Bennett was great. Andy was suspicious about our explanation of our 9 year old car turned in, threatening tone to questions over “ the shaking” experienced with driving Andy was suspicious about our explanation of our 9 year old car turned in, threatening tone to questions over “ the shaking” experienced with driving the car. We explained that we never had a major problem with the old car with 106,650 miles on it except a new battery needed and replaced. There were regular oil changes done throughout the life of the car. Yes, we could feel the car shaking when slowing down with speed but it ran fine at higher speeds and never broke down, we attributed this to the age and mileage of the car which is why we were there to shop for a new car. We didn’t quite understand his tone with us, we were not hiding anything which is how he made us feel, we were honest with him, we are not mechanics, we were simply trading an old car in for a new one, after 9 years we thought it was about time.
