Frank Pulsinelli was an absolute blast to work with! He was super laid back and didn't seem phased by the fact that what we were asking from him was completely different than on our original call. We have was super laid back and didn't seem phased by the fact that what we were asking from him was completely different than on our original call. We have a new, teen driver and we came in, knowing some very specific things for which we were looking. Very quickly, Frank said, "I've got what you need." He showed us a car that was in our price range, but stressed the safety features. We were able to convince the teen that the color of the interior wasn't as important as the car. (Let's be honest, the teen doesn't have THAT much of a say so.) We had one complaint about a squeak that Frank had the service folks fix. Not only that, but Frank had the whole car detailed before we picked it up. It looked perfectly fine before that, but hey, I'm not gonna complain about a nice detail. Never thought we'd be getting an Acura for a teen driver, but whoa, we got a better deal on that car than some Civics and Accords we were pursuing. The child, and the parents are happy with this purchase! Thanks Frank! More
