Oil Change Appointment Longer than expected wait. Oil change took 90 minutes. Other customers came in after me and were done before me. Dirt on the car mat which was cle Longer than expected wait. Seat was fully reclined, mirrors had been changed , radio was blasting and air was on high. I had turned it off before handing over the keys. Mud splashed on the exterior. Frank was very pleasant but service tech was sloppy. More

Service good but SLOW. Service department is good but, having an appointment there seems to mean nothing to them. I had an appointment to have tire pressure checked, and ha Service department is good but, having an appointment there seems to mean nothing to them. I had an appointment to have tire pressure checked, and have the service light reset, little over 2 hours. Once my car made it into a bay, it was out 10-15 minutes later. I ended up talking with 2 other customers saying the same thing. This is the second time my biggest complaint with them has been speed when you have an appointment. How about dedicating a number of techs to appointments and then not overbook. More

Quick service on extended warranty repair I made an appointment to have my air conditioner looked at they found the problem, got me a rental car quickly.
