Good service, good experience Overall I was happy with this visit. Not every visit was as good, however I am only rating this visit. I came in for an oil change and recall fixes. He reviewed the recall items with me and got me in and out very quickly. The best part was, I didn't have to pay a dime because an oil change was part of the one of the campaigns. More

it was ok I had an appointment for oil and filter change and rotate the tires. Sales person wrote it up as some special which when I paid was more than I usuall I had an appointment for oil and filter change and rotate the tires. Sales person wrote it up as some special which when I paid was more than I usually pay. I did tell the cashier that was not what I asked for but I paid and left not feeling happy. More

Lack of communication made my experience bad My husband and daughter brought my car in for a tire and an oil change. Frank sent me a text at the beginning of the appt. I never heard back from hi My husband and daughter brought my car in for a tire and an oil change. Frank sent me a text at the beginning of the appt. I never heard back from him. I had to call 2 times to get updated. He never responded to any of my text messages. The first phone call frank was unavailable. By The second phone call i was very irate when i was told no one, not one staff member in the back was available to speak to me . My family had already been there close to 2 hours . Finally after 2.5 hours my car was done. I had a 1pm appt but i feel that did not make any difference. Hopefully next time wont be so bad More

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! If I could rate less than one star I would. unprofessional, horrible, insinscere, careless and disrespectful. I will make sure everyone knows this is the worst customer service. Poor car manufacturing, and no one will take responsibility to help with a solution. . Awful. No one returns calls, was treated horribly by the "manager" Andrew. left multiple messages for the director of service dept- John and get no response. A formal complaint with hyaduandi corporate was placed. It's a shame that these are the people that are running this establishment. Absolutely by far the WORST expereicne since I drove off the lot with my brand new 2017. More
