Was lied to about car problems took it to another shop radia Had brought my car two other places they both ripped me off said I'll just bring it to the dealership they tried to rip me off said I hit something th Had brought my car two other places they both ripped me off said I'll just bring it to the dealership they tried to rip me off said I hit something that caused the problems so I was like ok I have full coverage I'll put in a claim had to wait for the adjuster to go look at the car it took a week then he told me he didn't see where I had hit or drove over anything and didn't see a problem with the radiator. So glad I have full coverage or I would have probly paid them to rip me off but the bad part is I was with out a car for a week spent over $150.00 to get to and from work when if he would have just told the truth that it was just the heater core it would have given me the choice to have it fixed there or take it somewhere else. Instead he cost me more time and money. I will never go back there again unless I have to pick up a part and get the work done somewhere else. I went to cartune on Grand Blvd did a great job got it done in one day with warranty on parts and service. More

3 visits and still the problem is not solved? I made a mistake to buy the car from an dealer 1/2 hr from my home . The salesman in order to make the deal sweet he promised me a free car wash. I I made a mistake to buy the car from an dealer 1/2 hr from my home . The salesman in order to make the deal sweet he promised me a free car wash. I did stop to get some help with the navigating and no one from the dealership could help me. They take me I should have an appointment with the salesman and no one else can help me except him. I made an appointment with the service depart to check the navigation. After waiting 2 1/2 hrs they said my radio is not good and they will order a new. A second appointment . and waiting again 2 hrs they said “ we instal the new radio and still have the same problem. We’ll order a new SIMS card. “Now I have to make another appointment to install the card and hopping they will repair it correctly If I need any help to explain to me about the features of the car the only person to help me is the salesman who sold me the car. And if this person quits what do I do?? It’s very unfriendly and I should not have to go through this. . More
