Maggie was outstanding as usual! She did everything possible to accommodate my requests from ordering, changing options and delivering my new 911. I couldn’t be happier with how ever She did everything possible to accommodate my requests from ordering, changing options and delivering my new 911. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out; PTS colors, interior specs, options! She stayed late on delivery evening to make sure I was familiar with everything about my new car. This is my second Porsche purchased from her in the past six months! In addition to Maggie, I would like to mention a few other Porsche of North Olmsted staff. Frank Steffen who pulled strings at Porsche to accommodate my many requests. Frank Steffen Jr who always stepped in with sound advise. Tom Mullen and Nicholas Bernard who were very helpful and professional handling pre and post sale. I couldn’t be happier! More

Shane was amazing to work with. He is polite, professional, and is a good communicator. He was easy to talk with while there was down time waiting for the car to be detailed. Shane was never pushy, answered our questions, and made the process easy from start to finish. This is our second time at North Olmsted dealership, both times were a delight. Everyone at the dealership pitched in on a Saturday when a few people were out to make sure we left that day with the new car. When we forgot the garage opener in the old car, someone came back to unlock the dealership doors so that Shane could get us the opener. I appreciate Shane's follow up communication. Both Shane, and the dealership, are highly recommended. More
