My wife and I had been in the market of looking for a pre-owned Suburban with low mileage. We drove through the lot, saw that there was quite a few trucks to choose from, we decided to go in and speak to pre-owned Suburban with low mileage. We drove through the lot, saw that there was quite a few trucks to choose from, we decided to go in and speak to someone. Frank met us at the door and was very honest with us. After describingour finincial situation (including our up-sied-down trade in) he told us "I don't want to waste your time, we just can't get anywhere near the price you're looking for." We thanked him for his time and honesty and got ready to leave. As we were pulling out, Frank came running out the front door and asked us to give him 5 minutes, that he had an idea and that he wanted to run some numbers really quickly. Frank ended up getting us a brand new Suburban utilizing interest and rebate incentives. Purchasing a car is never a pleasure to do, but Frank honestly worked "with" us rather than against us. He worked in our interest battling the finance department on our behalf to help get us an affordable deal. He was very accomodating and he was a pleasure to deal with. I will/would certainly go to Frank again for our next car purchase. More

My wife and I were looking for a new Silverado and went to Pine Belt Chevy on advice from family. Once there we were pleasantly surprised by the number of trucks we had to choose from. First question he asked was what was we looking for? I told him jokingly, a Nissan Maxima. As soon as I mention the car, he quickly made a phone call and came back with a response of: "If you truly want it we have one!!!! As excited my wife was, I was relieved. My Wife and I stopped by the Dealership on Sunday and looked around at the different vehicles. We saw the 2011 Dodge Charger and on Monday I made an appointment with Frank to check the car out. Dan and Frank were both so helpful when we came to purchase a car for my boyfriend in the evening on the last saturday of the month. We have bought from Pine Belt Chevy Lakewood before in fact this is the 5th car our family has bought from them. My husband and I came into the dealership to get a car for our son to commute to college wi fact this is the 5th car our family has bought from them.
