I recently purchased a 2009 Chevy Impala. Frank was friendly, outgoing and very helpful. I told him exactly what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend and a particular amount of mileage I wanted, in no friendly, outgoing and very helpful. The only thing I didnt realize when I got home was that they signed me up for a 4 yr, not a 3 yr loan like I originally asked for. Frank helped out a lot trying to find the right vehicle for me. He was responsive to what I wanted as well as doing a great job to keep it in my price range. Went to Pinebelt looking for a used cae for my daughter who just turned 17. Didn't see anything she liked so we started looking a new ones knowing this was not in her budget. But to our suprise Frank told who just turned 17. Didn't see anything she liked so we started looking a new ones knowing this was not in her budget. But to our suprise Frank told us it was and sue enough it was. Frank never presssured us he was great. We ended up leasing a car for her. I would with out a dought recommend this dealership. I went to two different dealerships before coming to Pine Belt in Lakewood. The service at the prior two dealerships was horrendous. Even in the middle of discussing my interest in multiple cars, they still interrupted me to send a text or answer their cell phones and have a conversation. When I came to Pine Belt, I was already discouraged and expected to be treated with the same service. I was so surprised and greatful that I was wrong! From the moment I walked through the doors everyone was so friendly and just a pleasure to work with. The customer service had surpassed my expectations and I walked away with 2 cars that I got a great deal on and are in immaculate condition! I will never go to another dealership again.
