I’ve been with Rallye for over 10 years, and I’ve consistently had excellent experiences with their service department. Frank is the most recent service advisor I’ve worked with, and he has been exce consistently had excellent experiences with their service department. Frank is the most recent service advisor I’ve worked with, and he has been exceptional in every way. He is warm, approachable, and genuinely makes you feel welcome the moment you arrive. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely listens to your concerns. He makes sure every issue is addressed and clearly explained before your vehicle is taken in. Rallye’s service team as a whole deserves equal praise. Every staff member I’ve interacted with over the years has been attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing a high level of care. Their professionalism and consistency are a big part of why I continue to rely on Rallye — not only for service, but also when it’s time for my next vehicle. More
