My car buying experience at Honda of Toms River was great because of Doug. I went to another dealership earlier that day and it was nothing like my experience with Doug. Doug was patient and incredibly under because of Doug. I went to another dealership earlier that day and it was nothing like my experience with Doug. Doug was patient and incredibly understanding. He made me feel comfortable the entire time and answered all of my questions. He went through all of the features of my new CR-V and really took the time to make sure I understood the vehicle and that I was happy. Honestly, I'm going to recommend Doug to all my friends and family. Honda of Toms River is lucky to have him on their staff. Every car dealership should train their salespeople to have the work ethic and compassion Doug has. More

Purchased a corvette that had rear trans issues. Honda of Toms River said they would take it to Chevy to have it checked when I informed them that I would have to take it in. However the car ended u Honda of Toms River said they would take it to Chevy to have it checked when I informed them that I would have to take it in. However the car ended up having to be towed to the closest Chevy service center by my insurance company. Should have been no problem right? The repair/service was 800 dollars. Honda of Toms River stated they would not cover that because it wasn’t towed to them. However they had already stated that it would have to be serviced by Chevy. So not sure what the issues is. I’ve bought probably 10 cars from this dealership and they won’t do right. Especially after one of my purchases at this dealer was involved in a multi person fraud scheme by the former finance manager. This was investigated by Toms River PD and the finance manager was found guilty and admitted to everything. Thanks for your help Honda of Toms River More

I started my interaction with Honda of Toms River through their chat. I set up an appointment for the next day. Kayla followed up to make sure I was coming in. Once at the dealership, I was introduced to my salesperson Emily. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She walked me through all the aspects of the car. After my interaction with Emily, I was excited to purchase the Honda Accord Hybrid. Frank in finance was friendly and helpful as well. They both informed me that if I need anything, feel free to contact them. I look forward to building my relationship with the team at Honda in Toms River. I would recommend Emily to others looking to purchase a car from Honda. Keep up the great service. More
