Although I live near another Honda dealership I travel to New Britain because the service department there is very good and Schaller includes tire rotation at low or no cost with an oil change. I met Rich Small in 2022 while having my wife's Honda CRV serviced at Schaller. I spoke to Rich about buying a Ridgeline. Although a year had past since speaking with Rich, I returned to Schaller to deal with him because unlike other sales personnel Rich did not constantly send me email messages or text messages or calls "bugging" me to buy a car. The sales experience was excellant and I'd recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
