Initially I was very pleased. Amber was great,follow up exceptional, she made the sale. Dylan and Jim dropped the ball. Waited 1.5 Hours to be picked up. Drove down specifically to meet Dylan, he was to busy. Paid cash for the Ridgeline, after the dealership got payment they didn't care. Unfortunate my neighbor was interested in a new Ridgeline but I had to be honest about my purchase. More

The general manager Mike and finance manager mark made the two and a half hour ride well worth it. There professionalism and attentiveness to get us in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible wit the two and a half hour ride well worth it.
