After researching the sales staff, dealership & the car I was interested in, I contacted Colby Mason and then set out to meet him after a few questions over the phone. By the time I got there, he had each trim level available out front for me to look at & compare. Colby was welcoming, courteous, patient, professional & respectful. It was a great experience from start to finish. Any questions were answered with knowledge & encouragement to ask anything. Everything was clear & transparent. It was a pleasure to work with Colby from my initial phone call through the entire process of trading my car & purchasing my first Toyota.
