Frankie joined The H Team as a sales representative in December 2022. With years of automotive experience under his belt, he's excited to bring his high energy and customer-centric service to our South Burlington location. Before his jump into the automotive world, he worked for nearly two decades in the restaurant industry managing casual and upscale restaurants across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Denver CO. The pandemic severely impacted the restaurant industry and in early 2020 Frankie decided to explore new opportunities. Frankie loves traveling with his family to experience new places and cultures. When he's not working or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym, playing guitar, or in the kitchen.

Frankie and those at Heritage Toyota made my first experience buying a car wonderful. Frankie listened to all of my questions and concerns about buying a new car, giving me all the information I neede experience buying a car wonderful. Frankie listened to all of my questions and concerns about buying a new car, giving me all the information I needed. He provided me with multiple options for a RAV4 in order to best fit my needs and budget. Throughout the whole process, I always felt that Frankie had my best interests at heart when giving me recommendations and information about new incoming vehicles. My RAV arrived at Heritage much earlier than expected, and, despite this surprise, Frankie kept me informed and up to date so that I could get my car before the long holiday weekend. I also want to say thank you to Rob Ploof for walking me through each part of the contract and staying far after closing time to finish my purchase. I love my new RAV4, and I would happily purchase from Heritage and work with Frankie again! More

Our whole experience of buying a new car in a time of shortage and long waiting times was blessingly smooth and short. Frankie is very friendly and did not hesitate to get back to us on his day off to ma shortage and long waiting times was blessingly smooth and short. Frankie is very friendly and did not hesitate to get back to us on his day off to make sure we could secure the car he had found for us. Closing was very efficient. We showed up quite late due to a work emergency but Frankie still took all the time necessary to complete all the formalities and give us a full orientation of all the features of our new RAV4, including setting up both our phones with the Toyota app. And all with a bright smile!
