Frankie Cao is an asset tp your organization, with a great deal of knowledge about the Mercedes cars (I have 2) always ready and willing to listen to the problems for which the car was brought in for se great deal of knowledge about the Mercedes cars (I have 2) always ready and willing to listen to the problems for which the car was brought in for service, also at time of pick up very explicit as to the service perform in the cars and ready to assit with any questions and or concerns that I might have I will recommend to my friends that own a Mercedes to try and request Frankie as their service advisor As for the loaner dept is another story very disorganize, needs a better planning and or organization that is why is only 4 stars for Mercedes of Coral Gables More
