Great team @ Universal! I walked in 10 mins before closing and since I was from out of town I was really wanting to get a new ride for my husband to surprise him for Christma I walked in 10 mins before closing and since I was from out of town I was really wanting to get a new ride for my husband to surprise him for Christmas! I was lucky that Frankie was the one to help me. Never once did I feel pressured to buy or pressured to hurry up. They stayed until after midnight and my husband got the best Christmas surprise ever! I highly recommend Universal Hyundai. Wish I lived closer (4hrs away) so we can do service through them. I may make still make an effort to bring it here for routine service! Love you Frankie. I feel like part of the family! More

Car Purchase When we first came in to the dealership, I was a bit overwhelmed by the shear size of the operation and staff. However, we never felt like a number. When we first came in to the dealership, I was a bit overwhelmed by the shear size of the operation and staff. However, we never felt like a number. We were treated as well as when we have dealt with much smaller Hyundai dealerships. All staff members were professional, cheerful and helpful. We never felt pressured at any time. We wanted a particular color of car with specific options. Universal did not have one on the lot. However, the staff went above and beyond to find us what we wanted...and had it at the dealership later the same day. Even after the sale, our salesperson Ozzie has gone above and beyond to answer questions. This is our fifth Hyundai and I have no desire to drive anything else. More
