Great customer service experience. This was my second Lexus purchase. When I got the car home, we noticed the inspection sticker was not replaced with one that match my inspection mont This was my second Lexus purchase. When I got the car home, we noticed the inspection sticker was not replaced with one that match my inspection month. The sales person was suppose to schedule an agreed upon date/time for me to bring in the car to replace the sticker and work on 2 other minor issues. When I arrived that evening, my vehicle was not on the schedule nor was the technician that was going to update the software on my navigation. The service advisor Kelli put me at ease by providing me a loaner, made sure the car was worked on first thing the next morning and had Fraser deliver the car to my home and pick up the loaner. Now that is excellent customer service! More

The one thing I didn't like is the pricing I find it on the high side Also I hate how they have changed the Rx 350 the new line is really ugly and feels like a tank I will have to wait to buy another Lexus 350 when they modify the style four people in my family have switched to BMW because they dislike what Lexus has done to the RX 350 More

Flexible Laurie and the team were great. The day we arrived the service department was a bit back logged so we waited for about 45 minutes to sit with Lori. Laurie and the team were great. The day we arrived the service department was a bit back logged so we waited for about 45 minutes to sit with Lori. At that time she realized our service would take us a bit of time, so she had us head home and had a driving deliver us a loaner car while he picked up our vehicle. The next day she had a driver deliver us our vehicle and take back with her the loaner car. In the interim she and John filled our car with gas. Very much appreciate that she made your schedule work with our hectic schedule. Thank you! More
