My husband and I had a Jeep, loved it but wanted an upgrade so after my husband did an extensive search he found Bournival Jeep. He showed us a Jeep that was perfect for us and made the decision an easy one. Alissa the owner was so nice and genuine she made us feel like family, one who truly cares about her customers. Jessica the Business Manager finished the process of the sale quickly and with no stress on our part. The whole experience was like no other, a great place to purchase a Jeep and feel good about it! All was great until the end and it all went sour. It was such a shame that the dealership had no desire to remedy what was in fact their error in math. Pay extra close attention to numbers when purchasing (especially out of state). More
