I drive from Boston, where I now live, even for oil changes. When purchasing my new Jeep, I would not have gone anywhere else! The service team is great, and Mike is always super helpful. I've had a number of frustrating issues that had come up with my previous car (again, not purchased here!) and they did everything they could to fix it....each and every time! They would always make room to squeeze me in the schedule, knowing that I travel for service! I will never go anywhere else for any car needs, I'm beyond happy with both service/sales at Bournival! More

Jessica walked us through all the information, answered our many questions, and followed up after the sale was complete. Both Fred and Jessica took great care of us during the process. Within the warranty period, the car developed a problem that could not have been found by the mechanics prior to the sale. Jessica and the Bournival team repaired the vehicle and fully honored the Bournival comprehensive warranty, which is the best that I’ve seen! I can’t tell you how happy we were with how we were treated by the Bournival team – it felt like we were family. It has been the best car-buying experience we have had – ever.
