Service advisor was great, oil change and tire rotation on my 2025 Camry took 2 hours which is about an hour longer than normal with a 7:30 appointment. Then when I got my vehicle back, the valet left my H on my 2025 Camry took 2 hours which is about an hour longer than normal with a 7:30 appointment. Then when I got my vehicle back, the valet left my HEV powered "on" and left it sitting in the parking lot. She was standing about 30 feet away from it attempting to lock it with the key fob! She didn't even realize the vehicle was still running! You can do better North Park Toyota! More

Love the initial service when you arrive. The payment counter staff seemed upset & irritated with each other this time around.
