My Latest Car Service At Medcenter Mazda I arrived before my scheduled appointment but my car was driven to the service hall right away. My service advisor checked with me on what was needed I arrived before my scheduled appointment but my car was driven to the service hall right away. My service advisor checked with me on what was needed to be done and offered his advice on whether some of the items were needed or not. I then walked in the lovely newly remodeled waiting hall and I enjoyed the wait even though I generally don't like to wait for anything. Ask my wife ! The WiFi was not working so I checked with the person in charge and after a short phone call it was up and running. The waiting place has a state of the art coffee maker with a variety of k-cups so one can make the coffee of his choice. I am a decaf person, but unfortunately there were no decaf cups. I settled for a light coffee and I enjoyed it . Before too long I was told that the car was ready and shortly thereafter I was on my way. It was a truly pleasant experience ! More

Great Experience Working with Matt and Fred made buying this car almost fun...they worked with me in getting the financing done without any problems. I thought that I Working with Matt and Fred made buying this car almost fun...they worked with me in getting the financing done without any problems. I thought that I was responsible for NY State taxes, when I returned home, those were handled and we got a full tank of gas. (Huge Surprise). Fred was very thorough in explaining the process and showing us the options of the car. More

FYI-You all almost lost a sale. First time I reached out to your dealership I spoke to Will Lastrapes. I explained to Will that I live in Chattanooga, which is over 2.30 hours away a First time I reached out to your dealership I spoke to Will Lastrapes. I explained to Will that I live in Chattanooga, which is over 2.30 hours away and would like to see a video or face time. I never heard from Will again...never received a video, so I assumed that the car was no longer available or it was in horrible shape. A week later this car kept appearing in my search and my husband said that we should try to find out what was going on and if it was still available. We pulled up your website and read about Fred Farmer and all of the positive reviews. We contacted Fred and within 10 minutes, Fred was showing us the car via face time. We were please and well you all know the rest. If it was not for Fred we would still be looking be looking for a car. Interestingly enough Will Lastrapes sent an email “thanking me for allowing him to help me in my car buying decision.” I’m not sure on how your commission is set up but I would give 100% to Fred. . More
