I found Med Center Mazda through edmunds. com while looking for a specific car. The listing didn’t come with any pictures of the actual car, but when I called to request some, Fred Farmer was com while looking for a specific car. The listing didn’t come with any pictures of the actual car, but when I called to request some, Fred Farmer was immediately very nice and sent me pictures of what would turn out to be my dream car! Fred was very helpful as we did a lot of the credit check information over the phone and via email. He patiently answered all of my questions - I had many, since this was my first car purchase. The whole process was so quick. It was only 48hrs after I got the initial pictures from Frank that I was signing the paperwork for my new car. I had to drive out of state 2.5hrs to get to the dealership, but it was very well worth it. The actual dealership itself was very gorgeous and welcoming, and my car was waiting for me out front once I arrived, and it was so shiny and had obviously been cleaned with care. Frank continued to be very nice and helpful, as we went through the test drive and final steps. Todd Mayers walked me through the financing paperwork and offered me helpful coverage add-ons but was never once pushy. He seemed like he could tell I was a little unsure, so he explained the benefits but was sincere in what he thought I needed and didn’t actually need. The process only took an hour, once I was at the dealership. Overall 12/10 experience with the people of Med Center Mazda. I would highly recommend buying your car/financing with them and working with Fred Farmer and Todd Mayers! More

We showed up at 7:30PM on a Saturday afternoon welll after the dealership should have been closed. The doors were locked, but they invited us and showed us a vehicle. Since we do not live in the Birming after the dealership should have been closed. The doors were locked, but they invited us and showed us a vehicle. Since we do not live in the Birmingham area, I asked if we could purchase the vehicle over the phone early next week. Once again they were extremely accommodating and by Friday of the next week they delivered the vehicle 150 miles away to my office. Absolutely outstanding service. 10 out of 10 would recommend. More
