I have been coming to this Mercedes-Benz in Natick dealership for decades, buying new cars and getting serviced. When it’s time to buy a new car I decided to come to the same dealership. Howard Rosen dealership for decades, buying new cars and getting serviced. When it’s time to buy a new car I decided to come to the same dealership. Howard Rosenberg was a great salesman who helped me to order my new Mercedes exactly the way I wanted it. When it’s finally time to pick up my new car, Howard came to pick me up from my house, and Johnny Pham then started going over the new car with me. Johnny was extremely patient and enthusiastic in showing me all the new features and how to operate the controls, he spent hours going over everything with me and also helped me to set up the app in my cell phone. I am very happy and satisfied with the entire purchase process and I look forward to continue receiving great services from this dealership . More
