I have been extremely satisfied with Luis as my advisor. He listens intently when I am describing any issue in the car which I may want diagnosed, and asks questions to clarify. He follows up with phone calls and texts throughout the time that the car is in for service. He does not push for any work that is not needed .so friendly, welcoming ,and highly knowledgeable, engaging and a pleasure to deal with . Most I like his work attitude !!!
