I showed up with a low rear tire. The greeter found a screw in the tire, Fred checked for availability, I walked to Panera for lunch, and returned to a clean car with a plugged tire for $36. A real bargain and the reason that when something goes wrong with my car I go straight to Natick.

Then told me to go back and look at camera footage . I have yet to go back since I just don’t have this time . Really uncomfortable and awkward situation. The rim shouldn’t have been scratched and in the first place .
