Fred was the first person I spoke with when looking at buying another vehicle but I will be honest and say that I then shopped around just to see different prices that were out there (pretty common of course and no knock on Fred, just had to make sure to do my homework). Every other dealership was a pain to deal with and the sales people were misleading (wouldn't give me straight answers on fees, financing questions were all answered with "come in and talk about it"). Fred was a very professional sales person and was straight forward the whole time. At the end of the day it came down to trust. I felt that I could trust Fred, that he was shooting me straight. His job is to sell of course but I didn't feel like he was ever trying to force me into anything. He provided me with the information, made his case, and relied on his professionalism, honesty, and his dealership's quality. As a fellow sales person I couldn't have asked for more. Everyone else just wanted to sell me a car. Fred wanted to make sure that I was getting what I wanted. He also took the time to get to know my wife and even my kids. He was personable, funny, and knowledgable. He asked good questions, listened to our goals, wants, likes, and dislikes, and ended up showing us three options - a Passport, a Pilot, and an Odyssey. He was patient as we talked through our decision-making process. What set him apart though, was that when we made our decision, we asked him to get the deal wrapped up quickly. He did exactly that - he nudged, pushed, and prodded the entire team to get the paperwork done and to prep the vehicle really fast. It was a great experience. More

Fred presented me with ancillary products and services with my best interests in mind and not once did I feel forced or "boxed-in" in purchasing something I did not want. Fred struck me as being very honest associate who, did not play any games when it came to the price/haggling that you might experience at other dealerships and encouraged me to call if I had any issues or questions in the future! He gave us a full tour of the service facility which was very impressive, not just in scale and how open it was, but after a brief modification/add-on to the vehicle was extremely friendly! The waiting area btw is very spacious and full of amenities that I am sure will make waiting for a service feel like no time at all. In short, as long as I am a Honda customer I will continue to do business with this dealership and use this service dept. exclusively for my servicing needs!!!
